September 2014

A day of photography in Mid-September with my very first newly purchased DSLR camera. This was my first photography adventure with my new camera outside of personal photographs with friends and family.

I shared over 70 images out of 93 total photos from the day in a retrospect article highlighting lessons for new photographers. I started out from Gyeongbokgung station and made my way from there to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun Square, and Cheonggyecheon Stream.

In a second article covering the rest of September 2014, I explore Seoul Tower, the neighborhood of Banghak-dong of Dobong-gu district in Seoul, the Seoul Museum of History, and Bukhansan National Park. I even venture outside of the Seoul area to Deokyang-gu, Goyang of Gyeonggi-do Province. I share some 120+ photographs of nearly 500 in the article.

October~December 2014

For the rest of the first year, I share some 75 photographs out of 400 in my third article detailing my complete photography journey. I returned a couple of times to Gyeongbokgung Palace, once to Cheonggyecheon stream for a light festival, and to the neighborhood of Itaewon in the Yongsan-Gu district in Seoul.
