For photography the area of Seogyo-dong is terrific. There are many people coming to and from the area, especially those commuting to work and back. There are also many large buildings that also present an array of potential photography possibilities at any time day or night.

Hapjeong Station

I frequently visit Hapjeong station, which is connected to lines 2 and 6, making it also a busy hub of pedestrian traffic, especially on weekends and weekday mornings, and evenings during rush hour.

Mecenatpolis Mall

Coming out of Hapjeong station, by exits 9 and 10, heading into Seogyo-dong there is a mall called Mecenatpolis Mall. It goes outdoors. The large buildings encircle an open area in the center. There are several floors of restaurants and stores with offices in the taller buildings and also many apartments in other buildings. I particularly love some of the cylinder beams of the architecture.
